How can I book a service?
You can book directly through our website by filling out the online booking form. Our team will call or message you to confirm details.
Do I need to make an account before booking?
No, you don’t need an account to book. Once your booking is accepted, we’ll create a patient account for you to access your reports and updates.
What services do you provide?
We offer home nursing, elderly care, post-surgery recovery, physiotherapy, medical injections, and other in-home medical support.
Can I choose my service date and time?
Yes, you can select your preferred date and time in the booking form. We’ll confirm after checking staff availability.
Do you provide same-day or urgent services?
Yes, urgent and same-day visits are available depending on location and staff availability. For emergencies, please call us directly.
Where do you provide services?
We currently operate across all areas of Karachi. Expansion to other cities in Pakistan is planned soon.
Can I book care for someone else?
Yes. You can book care for your parents, grandparents, or any family member who needs home medical support.
Are services available on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We’re available 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Who are the people providing care?
Our team includes qualified nurses, trained caregivers, and licensed physiotherapists with verified backgrounds.
Can I request a female nurse?
Yes. You can choose a male or female caregiver while booking your service.
Can I request the same nurse again for the next visit?
Of course. If you liked your previous nurse, you can request them again — we’ll try to arrange the same person if available.
Do your staff bring medical equipment?
Yes, if your service requires it. Mention any equipment needs in your booking form or call us after submission.
What languages do your staff speak?
Our staff speak Urdu and English. Some are also fluent in Punjabi, Sindhi, or Pashto.
How much does each service cost?
Service charges depend on the type and duration of care. You’ll get an exact quote when our team contacts you after booking.
How can I make payment?
You can pay by cash, bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Payment method can be discussed during confirmation.
Can I pay after the service?
Yes. Payment can be made after the visit is confirmed or completed, depending on your service type.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, we provide discounts for senior citizens and long-term care clients. Ask our team for current offers.
What is the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is your private dashboard where you can check nurse attendance, view reports, and track your care progress after booking.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can call us directly or use your patient portal to cancel or reschedule without extra charges if done in time.
How long does it take to confirm a booking?
Usually within 30 minutes to 2 hours. We’ll call or WhatsApp you once the booking is reviewed.
What happens if the staff is late or unavailable?
We’ll inform you immediately and arrange a replacement or reschedule the visit — whichever you prefer.
Do you offer 24/7 services?
Yes, we provide care anytime — day or night — including emergency and overnight nursing services.
Is my personal information safe on your site?
Yes. We use secure systems and do not share your data with anyone outside Sahara Home Healthcare.
Can I talk to someone before booking?
Of course! You can call or WhatsApp us anytime for advice before you book your service.
Do you handle COVID-positive or infection cases?
Yes, we provide trained and PPE-equipped staff for COVID and infectious disease patients with full safety protocols.
Do you also provide corporate or office health services?
Yes. We serve corporate clients for on-site health checks, first-aid coverage, and medical standby services.
